Delivery days and hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. No deliveries on Fridays and public holidays.

Careful handling of heavy & sensitive items

  • Batteries are heavy; a large 200Ah battery can weigh around 60 kg. Our team uses proper lifting equipment and techniques.
  • Lead-acid batteries are always transported upright and secured to prevent tipping or damage.
  • Lithium batteries are packed and transported following safety guidelines for this type of product.
  • Solar panels are carried in protective packaging to prevent glass damage.
  • Standard delivery is to your doorstep or ground floor. Carrying items to upper floors, rooftops or the installation location is included when you book installation.

Receiving your order

Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives:

  • Inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing.
  • Confirm the product model and quantity match your order.
  • If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, note it on the delivery document and tell our driver.
  • Hidden damage found after opening must be reported within 24 hours with photos to WhatsApp or email.
  • Keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with the product — it is needed for any return or exchange.

Old Battery Collection & Recycling

Used batteries contain lead, acid and other materials that must never be thrown in general waste. When we deliver or fit your new battery, we can collect your old one for responsible recycling.

Trade in your old battery and receive a discount on your new purchase — ask our team for details.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all six governorates: Capital (Al Asimah), Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi and Jahra. Outlying areas such as Wafra, Abdali, Khiran and Subiya may take an additional working day and may carry an additional charge. We currently deliver within Kuwait only.

When do you deliver?

Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. We do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays. Delivery times start from order confirmation and may vary during public holidays, extreme weather or periods of very high demand. We will always let you know if there is any delay.

How can I track my order?

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Before delivery, our team will contact you to confirm your address and a suitable time. You can also check your order status at any time from My Account.

Will you carry the equipment to my roof or upper floor?

Standard delivery is to your doorstep or ground floor. Carrying items to upper floors, rooftops or the installation location is included when you book installation. Let us know in advance if access is difficult so we can bring the right equipment and enough people.

How do I pay?

We accept KNET, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery. For high-value orders, advance online payment may be required.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If we can't reach you at the agreed time, our driver will call you and we will arrange a new delivery slot. To reschedule, contact us at least X hours before your delivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery charge.

Do you supply companies, contractors and project sites?

Yes. We regularly supply businesses and project sites. For bulk and business orders we offer:

  • Scheduled deliveries to project sites
  • Delivery notes and invoices for your records
  • Purchase order (LPO) processing
  • A dedicated contact for coordination
Can you take away my old battery?

Yes. When we deliver or fit your new battery we can collect the old one for responsible recycling, at no extra cost. Trade-in discounts are also available — ask our team.
